That is very special!!! You have a bird's eye view!!! :jumpy
I have a bird's eye view because I have lashed a fruit-picker to a ladder and clipped a camera to the fruit-picker! The nest is right up by the ceiling. When I am tending my seedlings in the garage the parents are quite happy to be close to me as they come and go.

Help please

River was making a funny noise this morning, almost yipping like a small dog. I watched her carefully and she came and had some breakfast and seemed her normal self, plus she also made her normal vocalisations. She came down to the run to check out the food I’d put in the feeder and I only just by chance noticed that when she bent down, brown liquid came out of her beak. The last time I saw that, my hen died. Can I have some advice please? She’s really skittish and hard to catch, plus I have no knowledge of sour crop or impacted crop. I can’t believe I might have to make another trip to the vet and I’m starting to wonder if I can continue to keep chickens. I don’t know what to do. :hit

Thank you! She was fine... but it was good that we saw her.. she was pretty much staying still.. I had to kind of toss her to where I could get a hold of her from up top... I didn’t want to cut the net but of course I would have it need be...
Why didn't you video that. I am laughing out loud picturing her surprise when you tossed her in the air. Too much! :gig :lau:gig:lau

I am so sorry to hear that. I am not experienced enough to be of any help apart from giving you a big hug virtually :hugs
You should post on the illnesses forum and see if anyone knows what to do. @Shadrach will also know what to do but is probably asleep right now.
I do hope it all works out OK. We are all rooting for you and for River.

And here we are :th ... nothing works! This was just now! Maybe I should say... BROODIES BE CRAZY!!
