Take your pain meds, don’t make yourself suffer even if they make you feel yucky they will help with your pain. My Tramacet makes me so dizzy and nauseous for about an hour or so, but I know once that settles down, so does my pain. (Of course when I remember to take it… I get running around with things and forget them it takes longer to take effect - I even put an alert on my phone - but then I leave it in the feed room where can’t hear it ).

Yea my knees and hips aren't helping either. I can't walk very far so going to lay in bed all day and hubby is taking care of chickens for me.

unfortunately pain meds dont work for me, they are going to schedule injections. And if injections dont work, radioactive abrasion.
