I watched a Nature of Things episode on aging and birds are very hard to ‘age’ apparently, unlike mammals they don’t have typical aging signs, they can check the genes telomeres for aging though, bit expensive I should say to get that done!

If I had to guess I would say Jaffar is ageless 🥰🥰🥰❤️
He's gorgeous just like his daddy

A Sad Anniversay

Today is the anniversary of Elphie's passing. It is kind of a watershed moment here at FBA as this was the moment the chicken as pets experiment could have ended. Three deaths in less than 2 years was enough that we almost rehomed Daisy, the greatest hen ever.

For those that don't know Elphie's story you can find it here.

No matter what I watch on tv, be it normal, Roku Channel or Peacock that stupid new Chevy commercial plagues me. Thanks to it I have that song "Everywhere' stuck in my head and I do not even like it. Chevy is now evil I tell you, EVIL.

Hmmmm don’t think that ad is here. Ok what am I saying? I don’t have time to watch TV! All I do is clean up horse and chicken doodoo.

But o will go check it out online now that you have my interest in the evil Chevy!

Tina is doing well so far, she had her second day of antibiotics and sulked. Then as I tickled her wattals for the first time ever she started too chat with me and as was comforting her, telling her she was brave and clever . Then she trotted into the kitchen and ate her food. To thank me she did a perfect 💩 then two more runny 💩 💩 which got stuck on her fluffy butt 😄
