Where is Henny Penny ?
I hate not being able to see everyone, and Henny Penny is almost always up top with the rest of them. But Mum put them away for the night early as she was cooking up a storm for my BILs B-day party tonight.

First thing for me to do back home, is to fix the cameras so I can see all the nest boxes and all the chickies.

Eggs, lots of scrambled eggs. I was actually planning to sell 2 dozen yesterday. I have been craving eggs since I came home from the hospital and I've ate them for almost every meal. Carb free so they will not raise my sugar when it is high. Can add toast when needed if it is running low. Most importantly non-greasy as grease makes me sick. I messaged them and they understood and will try to have 2 dozen next week. If I do not keep eating them that is.

was jumping through my butt getting ready for the Japan trip. Flying internationally is such a hassle with all the covid protocol. Tight connections but I made them all. As soon as I cleared customs and immigration my POC and I barely made our train from the airport to Tokyo Station. Holy Dinah! What a madhouse that place is! Made our train out of there with no worries. So after 30 hours of traveling I made it to Nagaoka at 9 pm Friday local time.
