Freaked Out by Something... ?

I was working away and didn't realize I still had my camera feed from the barn running behind the scenes - until I heard a huge kerfuffle in the barn and all the chickens panicking.

I quickly looked at the camera, they had all ran from the front of the barn to be back door - but I couldn't see anything, I asked mum to check them - she couldn't see anything, she gave them some scratch grain which they ate...

I did a count on the camera and they are all there:

Now they are still upset and hanging out at the other end of the barn! Is it a rat? I don't see any rats... but I don't know.

Got home bout 830 last night and slept till noon. Picked up a cold from the damp weather but I am feeling better after a good night's rest. It's sunny and warm here and the chooks are out

Yup. Natural light and eating at the right times for home time are your best bet.
I always found Asia relatively easy because I was so exhausted that I just slept my way back to the right time zone.

How are your chickies doing today?

Thank you. Chickies are doing great. Since we are on winter break, Light comes in the house every morning, eating breakfast, and sometimes lays her egg. I also let them free range at least a couple hours every day. They get lots of cuddle times every day and are happy hens.

How was school
