Our weather has been icky lately, lots of heavy rain and wind. Really hoping the next few dry days forecasted are real, so do my chickens!

We finally named the "kitten" who is huge now. Guessing she is 8 months old. Meet Katniss, she loves to play and wrestle her big brother like a puppy.

Now I’ve seen everything!
Coco is perched in the chickens room, and I had a song from ZZ Top playing on my radio (she started purring loud enough for me to hear her) I don’t know if that’s good or bad! What a nut!

Hmmm, seems kind of like 'Gibbs' and rule 99, etc........we are slowly learning the rules of 'The Way of The Chicken'

Waaaay before 'gibbs' rules, I had my own rules - Rule #1 was Never stand in the middle of a doorway.

This being learned the hard way being run over by horses trying to enter/exit a stall or the barn. And of course being a rather short person loitering in the doorway at any place would get you bowled over by some person not watching and knocking into you! Thus was born Rule #1.

Wow he really had grown his feathers back in since I have had him. This was when he first came to the Hen House....

I will have to get some after photos showing his nice new tail feathers.

If I can ever get the internet in my well-site to behave - they took away my StarLink and put in Access Points in here telling me that the internet would be fine.

NOT IT ISN'T!! I am back to the same old story - slow internet, dropped connections.

I want StarLink back !!!
