The ortho clinic she is trying to get me in with has their own surgery center. And if they need something more advanced most of the hospitals in their area are Seton or St David’s.
Oh am so hoping you get in there today, get some relief and get it fixed.

I need to go to Costco and get a big thing of blueberries. They need a cabbage as well. More fresh foods this time of year.
Apples and/or pears, too - hang them like a cabbage. That way you can hang 2, so someone can't control/hog both, and everyone gets to eat some. Or, cut the cabbage in 1/2 or 1/4s and hang each separately. (Well, that's what I do...but then I have a few more than 7, even with the 'new math'😆😆)

The apple you made with the peanut butter was a huge hit!

I would need them sexed at 1 day chicks - I don't want any more Roos - too sad and too hard to re-home/get rid of.

Love the Brahmas - they might be an option as day olds; Sexed: $7.50 for 5 - 25 birds.
They have light, dark, and Buff....
I have dark. Light look like Silver with feathered feet. Buff look like Silver but gold instead of white.

Why? Just why?
It is nasty out - a mix of sleet and snow.
The Princesses are all in the blind spot area which is open to the elements. They have a whole Chicken Palace which is nice and dry with food and water but they prefer to hang out in the pasture run and get snowed on.
Why?
Crazy chickens! They are all together peacefully again, but they are definitely getting wet.

I love Betty's eyes, and Hattie looks so Lady like and demure! 🥰🥰🥰

And the photo with Aurora and the Blueberries - from her expression, I am sure the blueberries don't stand a chance! :lau :lau
The blueberries did not stand a chance. It was a slaughter. 🫐 🫐🫐🫐🫐🫐🫐

They get apples almost every day. Hattie loves them.

Phyllis is standing out in the rain alone right now. I think her mop top keeps her from realizing it is raining for a while until it is soaked through.
