I’m starting to think that I’m just trolling the internet. If I’m offending someone, anyone, I apologize deeply. My humor can be thought provoking at times, stupid at worst and sometimes I get lucky and get a laugh or two.
If I really think about it, my hobby is raising chooks. How totally crazy is that? I do want to thank you all for being on BYC and for all the intellectual support you’ve provided me.

Pastel, I mean this totally as a compliment: I thought you were about 17-18 yo. And older than that before you said something about living at home.

BEN was 14 lbs a big lovable buff Orpington rooster. He knew how to wrestle with me and he was very sweet and gentle. I’m glad he was, because he would probably win the wrestling match.

Today is Twofer Tuesday but these days I have difficulty getting pictures of just two because all three stick together (which I love).
So these pics are really threefers, but in each case two stand out more than the third.
I do hope Eli and Babs are whispering about their plans to come down from the rafters and roost with Bernie!

This morning however I got up to find this.

I guess I will need real boots and a shovel to visit with the Princesses this morning. Some snow drifted into the Chicken Palace runs where it is proving to be a popular snack.

He was also an award winner. Took first place in each competition I entered him in. I miss him a lot.

I’m usually not hungry in the morning but wow my two birds are. Hen-Rietta and Jaffar are really going at that feed bowl.
They are occupying themselves at least. Because I don’t want to go out to the coop yet.
