As a recipient I have had much better luck with UPS. FedEx used to leave packages under random trees in the woods and mark them as 'left in the mail room' or 'handed to security guard' (I have neither a mail room nor a security guard). To be fair they have improved recently.OMG - what a bunch of idiots! I never use UPS because I have had so many issues with them here. And Purolator. FedEx has been really reliable! And Amazon gets my stuff here usually ahead of time and I live in the boonies, if they can then what's the issue with UPS and Purolator?
This is the first time I am experiencing loss of a package I sent.
Still very mad.

More Pigletine tax.
The @$*%ers have just updated the tracking to say it will now be delivered tomorrow. 24 hours after the service I paid for. And I dont believe it because there is no movement in the package itself so I bet it is still lost.
