Apparently they were touring in America when Covid-19 hit and they had to come home! Maybe once all this has passed they will tour again and you can take Eve to see it. I can’t praise it highly enough. :love
We would love to do that! I will tell everyone. Eve us coming this weekend! :wee:wee:wee

I will be able to read with her!

I didn't get a picture but I will.
Lock, the genderless hen if that is what she is, has as I have mentioned had some strange deformities on her legs. I've been hitting the leg treatment hard the past few days. She has sore spots on her hocks which is what prompted the more intensive care. Her half brother Mag had similar problems with his legs and I did eventually get them sorted out and they've been reasonable since. Difficult to describe but it looked like his spurs had got scaly leg mite at one point and the mite shit had built up along the spur.
This evening when I went to do Lock one of the lumps that had developed where a roosters spur would grow had gone! The leg is still a bit rough where the lump was but otherwise it looks okay.
I've been cleaning the legs with an alcohol soaked swab and then applying coconut oil and permethrin mix at night, then in the morning coating the legs with Calendula cream.

So it wasn't a spur? I wonder.
