Beautiful! You should share pics more often. How are things going with Cesario?
Ice ! How far North are you ? We have a late heat wave here and back in the 90s😬.
I live in northern Canada in a sub-arctic region, next to Alaska so our summers are much shorter than most on BYC. So many people have had crazy weather this summer. Ours was much warmer than usual, but we are into autumn weather now and leaves are changing colour.

Cesario is still doing well. He is fifteen and a half weeks old and hasn't started any mating behaviour yet, as far as I can see. The hens have taught him to be humble, I think! I have been watching closely as I don't want him harassing the pullets before they are ready, but he has been just fine. I am in no rush for him to grow up and the hens are still squatting for me, so they aren't seeing him as a viable option yet.

Yesterday I saw him rush from across the yard to try and break up a pullet fight. He managed to get them separated and then they took off after each other again, running toward me and it was quite humorous seeing him rushing after them flapping his wings to try and catch up! Poor guy, these ladies are going to keep him busy!

Monday mugs!!! My new hatching eggs I got shipped to me a while ago! It's an assorted batch or Pharaoh, Texas A&Ms, Italians, and Grau fee's!!! Plus one rare mystery breed!!!
