She was such a happy girl to have this corn today. I just washed it in cold water then dipped it into hot . I thought it would last longer but found it chewed up and in the mud within 30 minutes. Then she shouted at me when I put it in the bin :th
I can do nothing right some days
Oh, shes a nice big girl! Smarty pants 🐓❤️

And Kasumi! She's my favorite haha, so friendly and happy to cuddle.

Field corn is tougher & more starchy - but I suspect that @BY Bob is talking about when it is somewhat dried - like the kernels you would get in a bag of corn for feed. I have fed mine field corn on the cob, but recently picked and still fairly moist (i.e. not dried and hard) and they do just fine with it that way. If the kernels have dried on the cob, it is best to shuck them.

Feel free to correct me on my assumption about what you meant, @BY Bob
That is exactly what I'm talking about. It is usually dried out and nearly as hard as a rock.

I slid on mud trying to get hold of princess to put her on the grass.

My right hip is painful and having the left painful to is just unbelievably bad. But that hot water bottle and a pillow under my knees really is helpful
Hope you feel better quickly. :hugs :hugs
