Like Bob has a thing for white chickens, I think I do for black ones. I don’t have any of course but I do think they look lovely.

Tonight's pictures as promised!❤

This is the layer flock, which Stanley proudly protects. I still need to add in Ella and Ellie this weekend. They were the chicks from Anna's classroom hatch.

Ned and Lucky are always by each other. When they do get separated there is no panicked calling. They pop their heads up find the other one and go about chickening.

Stanley has been super sweet to them. He tried to bring bread to Lucky and she just ran away! Stanley dropped it and then she grabbed it.

Ned is certainly admiring his father, even if it's from a far. Ned is much lighter then Stanley was at that age. I can't wait to see how they grow up!
