The movers will be here around 0:800. And a church lady will be coming over to help organize the new fridge.

Sir Jaffar has been crowing his little Cochin head off this morning. I took BoPeeps back to the coop and he shut up real quick. I guess he thought that I took his lady from him. Crazy roo!

You aren't wrong. But, I feel guilty rehoming him. He hasn't done anything wrong. He's pretty. He isn't mean. It's not his fault he's a boy. I feel like I'm discriminating against him or something!

I think you should give the situation time since he’s a good Roland roo, you sympathize with him, you care about him. Try not to get caught up in the day to day moments because things usually change and they work it out over time. But if I wanted to do something I’d think about moving the feeder and making changes so that you can improve the safe spot she seems to want to go into, or give her a better one. Keep it narrow with a low roof so she knows he cannot follow her in there but make it more comfortable to your standards (she’s okay with it, but we know they will put up with a lot). Maybe you could just get more shavings or chopped straw down in there?
