I meant as protectin, you'll need something on the gate and fence to stop stray dogs getting at your flock.

I made a secondary fence, but the dogs easily breeched it early this morning. I just going to shoot the dogs.

When Cockerel was a baby I thought he was Beetov-hen for a bit. Nope. He ran around like crazy and was essentially a automatic, timed, every two minutes poop dispenser.
