I've thought about putting in a complaint, but the complaints department is probably trash here too.

I've even seen trash cans in a dangerous place and cars had to go around it since the drive of the trash truck couldn't be bothered to put it back next to the curb. I ended up moving it since I was on a bike ride and it was in my way (even though I could have gone around it).

It's not Monday. This is tax for trash talking the trash department that does a trashy job of picking up the trash cans.
