Well, look at that, a scrub brush bring its own water!I have been muddled up all week with what day it is. I kept thinking today was Friday. I am getting as bad as Notabitail!
Hold that bowl down Holly - it might hop away!

That is more true than you will ever know. Her Royal Worshipfulness has to take part in everything within her kingdom!
It really is. They are so human focused. True little darlings. They are so much like Sylvie and Legertha.Actually, those two little ladies are too cute. It’s like having Phyllis back again times two!
It seems they are working.I think it was the curtainsThey make such a lovely inviting place to lay eggs

She is due to molt in 2 months. She will be even finer then.HRH who is looking very fine lately
The polish rooster would be a big help. And lots of fun. Just saying....I once again need to stay off facebook, especially since people are listing fall chicks again.
Tuesday I log on and what is the first thing I see? A listing for 2 month old calico bantam cochins. I resisted like a good person.
This evening I log on and bam, 1 year old gold laced Polish rooster needing rehomed. That one was surprisingly hard to scroll past, but I did. I have George's son Juice growing up along with Homer, I do not need another rooster. Darn you George, Polish were never on my radar yet I miss your 80's rock hair-do.
First thing I see a few minutes ago, 2 Khiki-Riki chicks insanely close. Those are almost as small as Serama's as adults. I WANT them, and I have a stubborn broody who will have no chicks in Squirrel. The problem, they are 2 weeks old already. Too old to foster onto a momma hen and I already see comb's popping so those 2 are little boys. If she had day olds to a few day old chicks I would take a chance on a couple. She does not, I already asked dang it.

Valid points and trust me it was hard to not inquire about him.The polish rooster would be a big help. And lots of fun. Just saying....

There are many chickens to come in your life. You will have your polish in time.Valid points and trust me it was hard to not inquire about him.
The problem, he would make 6 roosters. I currently have Davy and Barbosa and young Q the silkies. I also have Homer and Juice who i'm hoping work out and I can keep them. I'm begging them to behave, get along and do not do anything stupid to cause me to have to make a very hard decision. Then there is Raven's solo chick who is a boy who is unnamed because I am not getting attached and will have to be placed as soon as she is done raising him.
Why couldn't he have been a hen, I would have snatched it and the black australop hen listed with him up in a heartbeat.
My two Roos were Polish when I started with chickens. They were both beautiful and friendly (just strange hair) my avatar is one of them. He was madly in love with @BY Bob ’s Phyllis but sadly long distance relationship seldom work out. I believe that his heart was broken before he passed away, because Phyllis was a real looker! And I thought so too!The polish rooster would be a big help. And lots of fun. Just saying....
