@Pastel the Rooster I agree about treating for coccidiosis as soon as you're able to, but at that age the "honking" you mentioned the d'Uccle has recently started doing is probably totally normal. It's a phase they go through before they get their grown-up chicken voices. Some are more honky than others.
My little Cookie is a tad slow developing and just started honking.
Sooo cute!!

I think that I’ll probably give all of them corid, but I won’t be able to give it to them until Friday. I’m not sure if Taffy will be okay, since she is pooping blood.

Besides, the medicine I do have is expired… so maybe that isn’t the best choice, although it worked better than Corid IMO. View attachment 4260675
I am a bit late catching up. You got lots of good advice but I didn’t see anyone comment on what this bottle you got from the vet actually is.
It contains sulfadimethoxine.
It is absolutely indicated for treating coccidiosis and is a broad spectrum antibiotic.
As such, I think maybe once you start it you should complete a several day course of it rather than switch over to Corid. But I will defer to @BY Bob on whether it is OK to use sulfadimethoxine just once or better to complete a course.
The product info says 5 days and gives dosage. Screen shot here and link attached below.
