I just moved my cat. She is sulking now. I guess my lap is not comfortable.

My cats have never been 'lap' cats. They prefer me to lie down so they can stretch full length on top of me. If I insist on sitting upright then they will go for the back of my neck (I wear one of them like a stole) or, if I am trying to work on my computer, they will stretch across my arms or on top of the keyboard.
