Emergency averted. Rocks-Anne was in the barn/coop screaming as if in real pain. I brought her inside and rubbed her abdomen. She quieted down, and finally laid her egg, right in my lap. (Wow, let me tell you, This man was worried!) :he
That's really good!

Mine laid an egg on my lap last year. I was so worried about her, so brought her in for a little fuss and to check her over and out came this egg with another falling to the floor straight after. I didn't know that could happen, she gobbled it all up then ran out and was fit as a fiddle after that. As I have said, I'm only a learner here.
