I may not be able to endorse that comment with regard to the chickens here.:rolleyes::lol:
I've got a few nutters.:D
Nutters are not necessarily psychotic. I've got some right lunatics. :lau But I don't have weird behaviours produced by unhappiness & living an unnatural life.

When you are asking for help sexing it is best to always have a really clear picture of the comb, the tail feathers [they will be pointier on a cockerel], the saddle feathers & the hackles. I think you have a pullet from what I can see.

Speaking of nutters...
I get through a lot of walnuts. I eat them. the chickens eat them. Just about everyone here loves a walnut.
I buy them with the shells on when I run out of what falls off the trees here I can gather up.
Normally one would shell them outside. I can't do that anymore. I just need to reach for the hammer and the tub I store them in and suddenly I'm surrounded by chickens.
So I'm sitting on the floor of my house with the door shut (It's night here and the nutters are roosting) and a hammer in my hand shelling walnuts.
:confused::D

I would say she's a hen. there are much more knowledgeable people on the general forums regarding the sex of breeds so why not open a thread there in the breeds section?

I can picture that! We used to spend days shelling walnuts for my mom's Christmas baking when I was a kid. I'm so glad I can buy them already shelled now!!!

They're easier than maccas. :he As a kid I used to sit on my aunt's back verandah steps where the best notch was for holding the macca steady while you hammered away!:lau My kids had a hole in the cement of the workshop where they used to pop them in but it was always a lot of work for not much return. I am happy to pay extra for someone else to get the meat out!:thumbsup
