But, do you have one of these tin roosters too? My church friends give me chicken gifts all the time. A368DE01-7737-42A0-A08B-D92D08274E89.jpeg

Matter of fact, I have chicken gifts all over the house. Tin chickens, ceramic hens, stuffed animal chickens and chicks, rooster pillows, and a rooster coffee mug! I must be insane :th
I have a lot too. I'm getting rid of a lot now. Took them down out of the kitchen. I had them up on cabinets that don't reach the ceiling. Pretty for a while. Have had them for many years. Time for a change. Not getting rid of a couple. One my husband bought me for Christmas a few years back..a couple of small ones my dad gave me..and a pretty hen I bought years ago. Oh, and yes, I have a tin rooster too. Wait..two. 😂

(And I thought I was crazy) :lau:hugs

we do free range every evening for a few hours and on weekends/holidays/vacations all day. I will definitely start with them free ranging before attempting to put them in the coop together. I don't think i will get much sleep. I remember what a fiasco it was for my older ones when they first went in the big coop. They slept in the rafters or window sills for atleast a week.
Not unusual at all. 🤣
