Seriously, are slug eggs bad for chickens
No, they love them

I know it is possible for them to cause issues, but mine eat slugs all the time, eggs are a delicacy. I would have to keep them locked in wire cages to keep them from eating them, living in the northwest they are everywhere.

Thanks. I was worried about giving these eggs to them . There's so many different opinions it's mind boggling :confused:
 
I thought gapeworm was very rare. And was also in earthworms which they eat whether I offer them or not.
Oh yes, earthworms get gobbled up by most of my girls. One or two of them prefer to just pinch the poor guys in half and leave to suffer. (Told you Allele is readying to join a gang!)
