Hi everyone, I'm pleased to announce I've finished my song! I'm sure if I gave it to a producer it would sound better, but I'm keen to get it out there. I'm actually going to have some online tuition with a producer, so I'm really looking forward to that!

In the meantime, here is a link to my song. And some chicken tax.

I don't have time to give it my undivided attention right now, so I'll take a listen later this evening. Can't wait!!

Beautiful! Just beautiful. You are truly gifted. Thanks so much for sharing this. I loved it.

You were telling the truth. :hugs :hugs :hugs

Good morning everyone. The new girls do not know how to roost. Even after being put up on their roost multiple times last night after dark they jumped down and huddled in a corner of their new coop. They are also very nervous. I feel bad for them but know in time they will come around.
Poor sweethearts. Yes, they will be fine in time.

Where is the eyeroll emoji when you need one.
Have a hot toddy and go back to sleep. Hopefully you will wake up feeling better tomorrow.
Where is this original post? I need an eyeroll emoji, too. However, Alex loves his chickens and if hormone therapy would save one’s life, as they have for my Ruby, I suspect he’d give it a try.

Here’s the deal, Alex. In our case, the hormones stop the lay cycle. They have bought Ruby two and a half more years of life, as the laying was going to kill her. Now, going on three years, they have stopped working and we wait. I’m hoping now that she’s older, her natural hormones have slowed down.
