Oh they are just too cute for words! My heart is full - they are chowing down and look pretty healthy I think. Are they active?

They are very active today. They just look great right now. Just like they should. they are talkers though. Non stop peeping.

Oh I love me a talkative chicken!
Here is my biggest talker digging for gold in the long grass. I am stalking for FBF picture but nobody is cooperating.

I would have to lie down in the long grass to get a good picture of anyone and there are too many bugs and too much mud for my liking.

(I just watched the first Harry Potter movie the other night, exceptional it was!)

The books are infinitely better, when I saw the first movie (after reading the books) I was so confused because they left so much of the story out. Which is nutty considering it is a pretty short book.

I never watch the movie of a book I like. It leads to disappointment. I have made a few exceptions but only after a lot of agonizing!

Second icky smokey day in a row not as bad as last year, the fires are not as close, but not good. Woke up in pain and grumpy, so the news of chicks was extra lovely and cheering.

So excited to watch them grow!

I never watch the movie of a book I like. It leads to disappointment. I have made a few exceptions but only after a lot of agonizing!

"The Hand Maids Tale" being a perfect exception. That was absolutely brilliant!
