My church ladies made the local newspaper headlines today. (Exceptional people)

I know this is off 'chicken' topic, but was just reading about the huge amount of rain/snow (depending on latitude & altitude) parts of Cali got yesterday into today. Hope y'all are doing okay, @featherhead007 & @micstrachan! (and any one else out that way)

Ah, NO...she looks like she is waiting for servant boy to BRING her her newspaper & hot toddy so she can finally relax in that comfy chair!

Thanks! We got over 7 inches of rain over two days where I live, but all is well!

Seriously, though, I am glad you are doing okay. That is a LOT of rain in just 24-48 hours!!!

So would you then keep the mice as pets like the guy in the video does?

That at my last house. At first it was just a way to make sure I caught them all, but I had one male mouse for 2 years. He was super friendly and sweet.

At this house we have been catching mice one a week
There is no clear spot to block them from coming in, they seem to be coming in the garage door.

In better news we had a dry spell this morning and I was able to chill (literally) with the ladies for a bit.

Rosie is still working on new feathers and occasionally dropping some.
