Oh no! I hope to read ahead and learn she recovered.
Let me enlighten you. She made it through the night. I have been able to feed her, and just gave her a scrambled egg. I still need to see her drink something. (She has more energy today than last night)

How are you and the girls doing today? :hugs

I'm particularly concerned about Lilly losing another friend so soon. I'm hoping at least one of the other girls sticks close to her today.

Hopefully no drama and you can enjoy their company today...and they can be comforted by your presence!🫂

Remember, Bob asked me to do my best to save Beetov-Hen. “We have had enough tragedy lately” or something like that. So I am trying. (Right now, she’s resting on the heat pad) If she was in full form, she wouldn’t be sitting still just now. :old:bow

Thanks, everyone. I opted for euthanasia. Poor Ester.
Maybe you can spend some time with the chooks today, and maybe Butters will hop up on your lap for cuddle time. A distraction by those that are here...and comfort from their love.❤️

You need to do what is right for her. If she needs to pass on, please don't drag it out because of what I said. What's right for her is most important.

My brother text me, and I said “it’s cold out here today”
. He sent me a pic of his place in Washington State. (I stopped complaining)! F2D80EA0-739C-4998-AF56-24F80C6258B1.jpeg

Not blaming you for this. I just don’t want to lose my beloved hen friend
