I haven't Bob. In the first year I was here two incubator hatches were 'introduced' to the Marans. The method and resulting disasters and the tales of what had gone before made me determined to put a stop to it. It was nothing like the care you lot put into your introductions.
Basically newcomers were hatched in an incubator, kept in a cage until feathered and put in the coop one night and left to fend for themselves. I am told some ran away, others wandered about on their own until a predator got them. One of those that survived was Ruffles. She was the only survivor of four.:(
When I've had rescues here, I didn't try to integrate and they showed no interest in doing so of their own accord.

I do not remember Hattie behaving the same way when I integrated Mal And Aurora last year but she was number 3 ast that time. I know Lilly as number 2 was vicious towards Mal and Aurora and Hattie back when she integrated for that matter.
Hattie is a different cat and this has gone very differently.

I feel exactly the same - I also feel that way about the cats. It is sort of amazing that these independent being choose to spend time with me even when food isn't involved. My chickens and my cats have rather similar attitudes to socializing with me. They always want to be near me, but only want to be picked up on their own terms. Mostly they like to 'hang out' near me (or under my feet) rather than cuddle. But sometimes they positively insist on individual attention!

Mine too! Although the cats are always up for cuddles. I’m just hoping my Faverolles will turn out to be cuddly, even though they haven’t been handled much.

They are kind of like identical triplets, and even though we love them and have really enjoyed our first step into keeping chickens, I'm determined that our next flock will be be more varied.

I had three Isa Browns at one point and I could tell them all apart. They had physical differences and of course, their personalities shone through. :love

It's the different personalities that make these chickens so much fun. They each respond to their world based upon their personalities but they blend together into one flock. Then you add in the leaders of the flock and how this all works for them is fascinating.
