I know! Poor Nyssa didn’t get a go as I had to go in and start dinner. I didn’t want to leave it unsupervised as the the salmons probably could have squeezed through the bars.

They all have. I have as well. I just didn't realise I was being taught stuff at the time. I've learn't a lot of chicken language from Fat Bird and she has learned a lot about how to communicate with me in the process.She’s a clever girl. Does anyone follow her lead?

Pork mince, corn kernels, basmati rice and shredded cheese. She didn’t seem interested in the corn, but ate most of the rest of it.

It’s spa day!
@Shadrach got me thinking about daily bathing, and I felt so sorry for the girls cooped up in quarantine. So I filled a box with dirt I had recently dug up. It took them a bit of investigating (River even found a worm!) but they got there. I say ‘they’; Nyssa hasn’t been allowed to have a turn yet.

I never get tired of chicken baths. That was a great idea on your part giving them a way to bathe. Great job.
