Ummm gecko! Lizard not amphibian… I was watching for our Rough skinned newts on the road near the gate on the way home from showersbLast night and spotted this giant snail smack in the middle of the road. I have large hands View attachment 3043102

The little green guy from Geico’s commercial might be a gecko, but to me he’s a newt! (I don’t use their useless insurance coverage.) the newt overcharged me!

Oh, Bob..this photo made me laugh and cry at the same time.

The mop tops look so content, happy, and as adorable as all get-out on your shoulder.

These are for you..for being able to enjoy their love and quirkiness for far too short of a time.

Thanks. It was bittersweet to pull up that photograph. That may be the first time I have gone back to look at their photos. Such a loss. We were so close.
