AGAIN!

I do not know how it happened but Betty wound up in the pool again yesterday. Here i am getting her out.

This is where I get worried with the Polish. Normally if someone falls in the pool the tribe alarms. I know the call they make and beat feet. Betty must have been off on her own as the Polish are prone to do. With Phyllis setting she is on her own a lot.

There was no alarm. I actually thought I heard a splash and it took a while for it to sink into my head that maybe something or someone fell into the pool.

Well s you can see by the end of the video. It wasn't that long and Betty was already suffering the effects of hypothermia.

So into the house she came.

She enjoyed some TV, warmed up, and back out she went just in time for a big thunderstorm to come through!

Poor Betty! Thats awful. Stop jumping in pools!
I hope she feels better.

We had a same thunderstorm, it was bad. Wonder how many people got it.
Had to bring in the monarch eggs and remembered Darling was left outside.

For Pony Sunday I bring you a trip down memory lane from the times our neighbor used to let her donkeys pasture on our property.
They came four or five times but this last year they became quite a pain in her b...and she didn't have sufficient pastures for them as she got a bunch of cows. So she sold all the females first then the three remaining males. I kind of miss them .

For Pony Sunday I bring you a trip down memory lane from the times our neighbor used to let her donkeys pasture on our property.
They came four or five times but this last year they became quite a pain in her b...and she didn't have sufficient pastures for them as she got a bunch of cows. So she sold all the females first then the three remaining males. I kind of miss them .

Let me just tell you she gave over free goat cheese to almost 10 families in the village in whose property she had to chase the donkeys around for ages .

I wish she had thought this over before, it was her fault not halter training them because it was a drama when they got separated. Baby kinder that's on the picture was one year old when his mum left and he cried and cried for a whole month, and donkeys are loud.

Awwww I love donkeys

They aren't as hardy as horses in cold weather though, seen many here missing eats from frostbite

Awww poor baby, yep donkeys are loud. And missing his mama would be hard for him.

I solved the egg laying on the straw bale. I removed the bale and replaced with two small animal crates - because I just don't seem to have enough nest boxes apparently.

Seems that 7 isn't enough! So they need 2 more... Now they all fight over those two! Good grief!!
