Is she molting maybe?

Some of my ladies are going through a small molt with loose poops.
Well the antibiotics has made her stop eating. She's had a good dose so if anything was bad it's clear now .I have her in at the moment so I'm going to make sure she eats and had fluids before taking her back out and I'm tempted to put her into the small coop so she has peace she can wander tomorrow with the girls if she's up to it.

It's been all go with my dog and her being unwell

My horse can undo those latches. I have to use these to lock her stall door latch, otherwise she escapes.

How about these ones? That’s what we use on our gates for the same reason.

Jimmy can undo the latch on his lead and untie most knots 🤦‍♀️

I'm not going to lie, I do not mind not remembering that week. There are pictures that need to be burned of me passed out on the couch with my face swelled up. My grandpa thought it was comical that when I finally came to my senses he presented me with a stuffed chipmunk. He claimed that is what I looked like. Even though my back is messed up and is all the time hurting to some degree I rarely take anything for it. Now, when Rosie came early, and they was trying to stop my labor for 9 days I would have taken anything they would have given me. I never stopped contracting, but after hitting 7cm they became what they called ineffective. They could not give me anything because they did not want me to relax and start dilating again. 9 DAYS, one day, when the time is right I will hold that over her head.
:hugs:hugs:hugs

Little Xzit is on day two, of her broody escapades. She won’t get off that nest, and wants to fight with me if I try to move her. :old
I vote stick 2 eggs under her and let her have her way. Of course this is coming from someone who has been battling broodies since March. Some I've broke and others have gotten their way.

I have one of those radiant cozy coop heaters, I had my two silkies broody for about 5 weeks in Feb Mar and I kept it in front of their nest box to keep them warm as it was brutally cold this winter, and they had plucked out feathers to line the nest 😖

If you can run an extension cable down your garden one of those would likely work wonders. Is it further than 100'? I don't think cables come in longer lengths...
You also have to watch for line drop and the cords overheating if you have a large load on them. Buy the largest gauge one you can find at a big professional tool store. I’ve got a 50’ ten Guage cord if I need to run something like the mitre or table saw away from the generator.

I was outside before, mixing up some baby bird formula and it felt pretty chilly. It’s 12C (53.6F) and whilst that is probably balmy compared to @Kris5902 ’s -36C, I still wouldn’t want to be out overnight in it. I brought the bigger dog crate in and got some more formula into Lottie. She and Snowy are cuddled up and once the cats go to bed, I’ll open the bathroom door so they get the warmth of the rest of the house.
Oh, NO!!! not me… I don’t DO those temperatures. If it hits the -C I’m miserable, anything colder than -5C and everything here stops. Everything. You’re thinking of m the other Canuck here, @Ponypoor who is crazy enough to live back east and work in the wastelands of Northern Alberta Etc! I did -20C one winter, that was all it took to convince me the interior of the warmest Province wasn’t for me, and I moved my self right back to the coast! Delicate tropical flower that I am…
