If it would just stay constant here it would be better, the chickies are finding it harder then the horses- I can turn them outside but not so easy with the hens with predators around.I have a fan in the front window of the main coop blowing into the coop to force air out the vents at the top. It is currently blowing right onto Phyllis. It keeps the coop no hotter than the outside temp in the summer.
Right now temps are in the low to mid 80s, 27 to 39°C. We are getting storms every couple of days but all in all a pretty nice start to the summer. No real weather complaints here.
I think I will keep the fan on all night tonight- I can always go out when it cools down and turn it off…. And maybe get pics of that strawberry moon tonight
