Dakota is the bird on the left. She’s the one who attempted to steal my sandwich from me today.Make no mistake, I think that losing my beloved pets, is a drain on my interpersonal relationships with other people. I haven’t heard from the center yet about the cause of Arizona’s death, and my imagination is racing. I’m hearing all the time “what’s wrong Alexander, things happen. Besides, it’s only a chicken.” Don’t these people realize, that my birds are my family? Don’t they know how deeply that statement cuts into me? I am a sensitive person and I care very much about people, and animals. Their safety and well-being is a priority for me. (Sorry that my humanity is showing in this rant, but I take all of it to heart.) maybe that’s a cause of my anxiety and high blood pressure?Rant over. I will surely report back. It is too brazen for my taste. I must teach it a lesson.
It wears on me. Tomorrow more hvac work on the rooftop at our facility. I did something today that normally I don't abide by. I bypassed my chain of command out of frustration. I chatted with the senior ops manager and she raised cain. My immediate manager was on the phone with regional maintenance pushing for quicker action on our hvac needs. We are a third party but I felt we needed some blue badge(Amazon employee) help. I can only repair the building automation system itself and that's a big enough pain. Sorry for whining. Work rant tax below.
