It's ok, @WhoDatChick . My daughters had to teach me & I'm lucky to have survived the experience. They thought I was a complete moron! We all start knowing nothing.

Are we going to troubleshoot this or not? I need that screenshot if we are.

No really, I would like to help. One thing to try would be uploading a very small file. That way we can rule out file size as a issue.

Well, I’ve seen videos that are 30 minutes or more... how would my 1 minute video be too big..? Is it because I filmed from my tablet maybe?

My son used to say "I'd explain it to you but, you're too dumb to understand." Luckily he was a very young child then and he survived it. He was using computers ( a 3rd. hand one) since he was 4. Used Apple and IBM. I think with kids they don't worry about "goofing up," like older people do, so no stress.
