I was thinking it was a great name for, well, a chicken! Would it be weird to get a chicken just so I could call her Wonder Chicken? I guess technically she would have to be Wonder Chicken II.

You’d need to get two and then they’d be Wonder Chickens II and III! ;)

Are grey squirrels vermin in the US or are they native? They are vermin in the UK, but because we don’t have squirrels in Australia, we used to feed the ones in our backyard peanuts still in their shells. They were so cute!
I feed grey squirrels in my yard too, peanuts and many other nuts. In fact I get a special fruit and nut wildlife mix for them. They are so much fun to watch!!! We also have red squirrels. They may very well be considered vermin to many in the states, but they are pets to me. :lol:

They are native to the US.

There is an old business axiom here, The difference between a rat and a squirrel is marketing. It's all in the tail.

I have raised quite a few of them from babies.. they are so cute!
