I Need to Watch This

I went to collect the eggs this evening and when I opened the lid to the nesting box there were three hens in the nesting boxes. I spooked Sansa and she left the box on the left but you can still see Lilly in the box on the right in this broody cam photo.

Seems it's just me and the Roob (Jaffar) tonight. "his nickname" Roob. I put him in the barn/coop, but he started pacing all around nervously, and squawking, so I caved and brought him inside. Yes, again! That's OK though, he's my little buddy.

I don't mind at all, until 5:15 am, then he starts crowing on schedule!
