A bad neighbor is the absolute worst.

To try and look at it from another point of view, she may not understand what she is doing. Maybe she has moved from the city and has no idea about animals at all.
You are absolutely right, but, if my flock suffers from it, then what? My birds love to free range, and would never hurt anyone. (especially not Jaffar) He's a good roo!

Don't let your flock suffer if you don't have to. Don't let that happen.

Oh goodness. I thought the Brexit agreement had clauses that would mean long term residents on either side can stay. Of course you need a plan B - but I will remain optimistic that you will be able to stay and keep the chickens happy.
It does have a rather badly thought out and drafted clause that does in theory allow long term residents to stay. However, there is a bit in the clause that demands that one can show sufficient income to avoid state subsidy. Nobody has stated that a pension is sufficient partly because the UK has not categorically stated that it will still pay British pensions abroad.
I'm not eligible for my pension until March next year and currently the cut off date for applications to remain in Spain stops in January. There are other complications which may or may not work to my benefit. The Covid crisis has put all the government depts so far behind that I think it will be impossible for them to stick to the current timetable.
Given there are a lot of British people living in Spain on their pension, not specifically dealing with such case seems like a gross oversight to me. I think in part, nobody believed the UK would be stupid enough to crash out of the EU in the way it has.

I'm sorry this had happened to you and everyone else. Governments just never seem too get anything right.

Progress! The coop build was delayed and delayed because my order for the roofing from a big box store kept getting messed around with and never came. Finally I cancelled it when I found out a local company had it in stock! They delivered it the next day. That'll teach me to stick to local companies!

Awe yes. Phyllis in the morning sun! :D Thanks Bob.

Shadrach: I feel your pain. A new neighbor moved in three days ago, and is already complaining about my roosters crowing in the morning. Yesterday, I caught this lady hitting my fence with a stick trying to frighten my curious rooster Jaffar. It took me three weeks, to calm him when I added him to my flock. Now He's acting aggressive and nervous. (I think the woman has mental health issues) I did call the Sheriff already stating my observations.
At least I don't have to cope with neighbour problems.
