I believe rubber-necking is watching something like the aftermath of a car crash as you drive by and being a sticky beak is being nosy. So similar!

Rubber-neckers are a subset of sticky beaks.

Dear Sandy. My favourite picture is of her looking out at the ocean.

That is one of my all time favorite photos. Tugs at my heart. I would have that on my wall. It's a special photo.
