Look at all those blood vessels working overtime to supply the necessaries for repair!
(I've been watching an anime called "Cells at Work" which anthropomorphizes the body's cells ☺ )

Is it very sore micstrachan?
Sounds interesting! It’s a little tender and aches a bit when ibuprofen wears off, but really not too bad!

I have been wanting to do this for some time now. I knew once I started doing this there would be no going back. So I am now diving in and I hope you all enjoy coming along for the ride.

First of all let me tell you how we view our flock as that will help you to understand why we treat them like we do.

Our birds are our pets and we treat them as such. We do not care if someone is not laying eggs. They are welcome to stay at Fluffy Butt Acres until they pass naturally. (Now don't go telling them that! I would hate for word to get out) We do thoroughly enjoy the fresh eggs.

I plan to tell stories from the past as well as from today. I hope you all enjoy and will share stories of your flocks as well.
Aww, so cute! I love hearing about other people's chickens!

You sure did. Good for you. Very impressive. That was a real accomplishment.

I just printed photos, mounted them in frames and then continously rearranged them to please Mrs BY Bob. Much less stressful.
Fun project! It turned out fabulously.
Now Lexi the dog and I have a new fame called “Chase the Rat.” I ask her “Wanna chase rats?” She perks up and runs to the door, I grab a bright flashlight or floodlight and then I say “Get it!” and open the door. We both go running out there to see what we can see. We went out four times last night. I would not have seen a single rat except Lexi was chasing one all over! It ultimately jumped into another brush pile, so I have lots more work to di. I’m interested in a Black and Decker alligator and Scotts 7.2 pruning shears for this job
