True. However, I have seen a bald eagle with a mammal in its talons here before. It was something sort of plump, but I couldn’t tell what it was since it was pretty high up in the sky. Maybe a rabbit?
They catch rabbits here on the plains, not in the forest of course where I am.

Hubby sent me this, just had to share. :gig

I wanted to give y'all proof that Ned does hang with the flock and is not chased off.🙂

I was also able to get a picture of Goldie and Lucky spending time together.

Since "wild water" is so much better then fresh water, I installed one in the layers run. I got a few pictures of Stanley and his girls. Everyone has such lovely feathers again!

I need chickens right now. I have ..things..going... who doesn't!..but they calm me. Love collecting eggs, I don't eat that much, but can sell the eggs and pay for feed. Used to have quite a few girls, only a few now. I have a lot of photos from the past. ♥️💜
