Whew caught up. Well today we had a true Oregon spring day. Sun, clouds, thunder and lightning with hail, drenching rain, sun, wind and more rain 😋 Our street isn't normally white!

I’m a dog owner as you know but our boy is always on leash if he leaves the house.
I hate walking him sometimes with our little girl, knowing how many people walk their dogs off leash and dread running into one because Scrambles is old and grumpy now, he wouldn’t appreciate an off leash dog all over him and it could get nasty.
So I totally get where you’re coming from!!
What was called a pitbull, which was really a Staffordshire terrier was dragged away by the police from her family, leaving the children and family grieving. From what I could make of the story and the comments this was all based on lies. The system managed to make this woman pay 2 insurances, and has harassed her family since the dog was 7 months old. This dog apparently can't go outside because she's terrified of being out due to being taken from her family and being locked up previously when so very young.

My little terrier and I have been attacked while out, three dog's almost killed him 4 years ago, it took myself and a very brave man too save him, the owner just stood there screaming. Late last year we were coming to our home when alsation dog came out if his house onto the pavement and bite the back end of my dog, the owner called his crazy dog and shut his door leaving us shaken. I had twisted my ankle while pushing my dog forward to save him.

Here people in the full knowledge that their dog's are playful and a little boisterous will let them run ahead, this could be deadly to an old weaker dog.

It's nice to let them have a little freedom but only when no person or dog's are around.

It must be awful having stray pitbulls. That would terrify me. I blame the abusive negligence of the people and the weak laws never prosecuting abhorrent individual's . If we have the right to pay for "adoption" then we should have protection by law for our adopted, what I call babies

Please forgive my outburst, I feel very strongly about this subject :)

He’s very married, to a lovely lady. (Who loves Polish hens) by the way.
Please do not feel offended by my speaking honestly.

It can be hurtful making a comment to any lady like the above. I felt so awful, as I thought my comment would obviously been taken for what it was, a joke .

Life is extremely difficult for all of us, so my way of dealing with my worries is to come in here and leave all my troubles aside. :)

P s Hugs ;)

Totally. And if an off leash dog runs up to a leashed one it’s a whole different ball game because their playing fields are different. That’s how I see it anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️
