Actually not much sleep, and my stomach has been upset with worrying. I haven’t been able to eat much lately either. Maybe I’m getting sick?
You can also make yourself sick with worry and sadness. Be careful that you are not causing this yourself. Try to eat well. Maybe a little more carbs than usual. They sit better on a wobbly stomach. Even if you are not hungry.

I’ll try. Kinda crazy, that I would usually just call my friend, and ask her what to do. (Seems I can’t do that anymore) :(

So sorry you are going through this. Just an idea - you could try a favorite wholesome drink, in small amounts. I suppose you could go with a 'beverage of choice" (which actually can help too) but I'm thinking smoothie, chocolate milk, milkshake, juice. And ice cream. With intense stress the body often rejects the eating mechanism but drinking stays.

I forgot SOUP! That's the best. It's a cliche, but that's why it's a cliche! It works.

I agree. Comfort food. Mac-n-cheese. Just a little bit to make you sleepy and keep you going.

I know this sounds nuts but I lost my closest friend very suddenly a few years ago. I still chat to her and share what is going on in my life. I find it comforting.
