She was actually debating the other night if we might reuse the name and have a Sylvie II. She loves it that muchAwesome.It’s absolutely my favorite Marvel show yet. I love the name too.
I want to get a pair of birds, maybe black & buff, and name them Sylvie and Loki.
Someday I’ll have a flock with entirely marvel-themed names, I’m sure.

That's so true. My hope is that if you just stop it, it might restart normally. Let's stick with that hope for now.Thanks, both. There is the worry that it will only last a month and not correct the underlying issue. There is the dream it will be a one and done treatment. There is the thought that one dose and shortened days will give her body a chance to grow a little more instead of investing all the resources into egg production.
The truth is, we will try the vet advice, but if the hormones don't "fix" her after a couple of tries, it will not be something we can administer every month for the rest of her life at 500$ for the prescription only. It will have to be an occasional treatment at most![]()
