Goodbye Alba
He was very quiet in the car, squatting and panting.

He's off to his new home with six ladies. The new guardians love roosters so he should be in good hands. I'll update you on how he is doing at his new place.

It's the hardest language in the world to learn to speak

Read, read
Lead, lead
Bow, bow, bough
Two, to, too
There, their, they're
Then all the words borrowed from other languages that may or may not be pronounced the same ast he original language....

...just as Chinese is the hardest to learn to write.
Having said that, Scottish Gaelic is batpoo crazy! 🤯

Butters foraging among the strawberries on the driveway stones.

Butters: Ooh! Ooh! Found something. There could be be good things to eat under that stone. I knew this was a good spot! Beak it! Scratch it!

Gotta beak and scratch more to get that stone turned. Uh oh - here comes Hazel! Gotta go. See ya!

Hazel: I don't know what she thinks is here. What's so great? I see nothing. Oh well. At least it was satisfying to push her off whatever it was. Hmm. Back to keeping an eye on everyone and everything. You never know, somebody here's bound to find something eventually.

I once knew someone who would get serious headaches when she ate cheese or chocolate, as for myself if I've had sinus pain usually through dust or pollen that's normally when I get headaches. Same said when I get muscle pain in my shoulders.

I have personally found that many different problems can cause head pain, not only what I have just written.

Apparently or so I have read is that covid has been around for many years and most of us have already had it, the same as colds and flu.
Noooo please read more about it from a reputable source, COVID 19 is not something most of us have had, it's a novel (new) form of coronavirus, new to us. No one has encountered this coronavirus before.

Cute feathered round balls of fluff these ladies are! Very short legged..and they have great fluffy butts! I'm sorry they look so afraid but it's understandable. They don't know how wonderful life with you is going to be!

And what’s up with this? I mean really? What’s up with this! Two girls laying eggs in the coop and both tried to bite me, when I wanted to see what they were laying on! They never try to bite me, when I have them:
1. Sitting in my lap
2. Giving them treats with the rest of the hens.
3. Petting them as they sit beside me
I just don’t understand, they hate me !:th
Broody?

I mustered up enough energy to go out and feed and water the chickens. (Watermelon Treats too) I’m going back into the house now. Maybe sleep this fever away. The chickens will be okay without me for a while. :fl
Monitor yourself closely please. You might consider a covid test. You can get a monoclonal antibody treatment (free) if taken within days of the onset of symptoms, it will help greatly if it's covid.
