Yes they they let me pet them and hold them. And they do not squirt when I pick them up.

Unlike Flash, I have to tear the cherry tomato a bit before they'll try it. Katydid likes to lick all the juices out and they nibble away at it as a group. Perhaps this will change when they are bigger, but watching them drink out of the tomato is amusing.
