I had to sit in the coop just now, to be sure Emily was able to get up on her place up the perch. (She sure ate a lot today) but she made it up there.

You are so kind to ask. I think it gets a little better but I am not sure I also adapt by moving differently.
I am definitely not 100% but also can function as it is.
I will probably do the maneuver again tomorrow to try and nudge it along.

This is what I’m talking about with Minnie and Cashew. Cashew chased Minnie off three times. But Minnie persisted and now gets to roost beside Cashew. It’s almost like she still thinks of her as her mama.

Everyone else is in the lower level tonight. It’s musical roosts!

DH and I have a running joke about socks, which has been going for nearly 20 years. Just before we left the UK to come back to Oz, we had a three-week holiday in Europe. Hubs was working the last day in the UK and I was supervising the shippers and packing our back-packs. I managed to pack him two pairs of socks for a three-week trip. He still occasionally teases me about socks or lack thereof.

That is too many pairs. No wonder it's such a running argument. Wasted space packing them.
