When I take them out anywhere, they rarely stay in a carrier anyways. Leather seats are slippery too though.Yeah, but paper towels aren't as slippery...I have transported littles as well as adults.

I know, I know!!! an 11 pound bag of meally worms, and a giant box of BSFL, and a side of cracked corn...and the movie 'Chicken Little'.... and a heated roost bar for the movie....My last thought for the day. What to get 12 chickens for Christmas? I’m thinking about chicken pajamas, maybe knitted caps. Amazon has a whole bunch of ideas for the chickens. I will check around BYC for that special gift as well.![]()
You making fun of Jaffar? His feather loss makes me very sadAhhh, but whatever featherless rooster is eating MUST be better!(kind of like the grass is greener......

p.s. Jaffar and Arizona & Dakota did not pay me that $50 bribe, I SWEAR to it,![]()

Sounds like a great idea!Good morning. I did not get any mug shots this weekend, but for now, there’s this. I wanted to show you the second gate I was thinking of relocating to the back side of the run under the walnut tree.
SHRA.This picture was after I coaxed her out of the nest box. That is the typical "bang your beak on the wire while trying to escape from someone" wound. It was just a scratch and is all cleared up already.
They both were troopers. Sansa only fussed when the doctor started handling her. Lilly was very good the whole time. She just got mad when Sansa started fussing. I was very proud of them both.Sounds like you have a good vet that will be thorough! Hope it is something easy to rectify - like just giving chick feed, and nothing more serious. How did Lilly like the trip? Nice for Sansa to have a friend along!
