Sad News

Sansa passed away today. I just found her in the run. I will not be doing a necropsy. I really don't care why she passed. She was active and seemed fine, a few hours later she was gone.

Rest in Peace my friend.

Sure is a pretty gal, sorry to hear she died, sounds like she didn't suffer at all.

My beloved Amber has now left us. She was struggling today and it was her time to leave.

I went out and tried to reason with my girls since it is New Year's Eve to make a resolution to not be broody at the drop of a hat. I also asked them to get it together this year and if chicks were hatched to give me pullets. They promised nothing.

She was a beautiful lady that had a wonderful life while she was here, and a good friend to Lilly.

I intentionally got the wrong end of the cochins. It's rained almost every day this week and their butts are filthy.
