Nothing much happening here.Hi Everybirdie
It's been a while since I've last been on here! How's everyone doing?! What've I missed? I'm sure A LOT since the last time I've posted in here was back in January![]()

roosters count around these parts. No two for Tuesday unless you only count roosters. Pic of our young flock.View attachment 3026073
Or liked to come in the house.......I had no idea they bloomed.
I agree , it looks like Aloe Vera. I got three plants with the intention of using them as skin care but haven’t been doing it lately.I agree with RC. It looks like Aloe Vera. In which case it is practically a weed & almost impossible to kill. And there you have it. RC did the impossible!![]()
And you can wander around outside shouting “Hey Siri!”Well me and Rosie finally made progress on naming our 4 of the 6 chicks we got. They turned 3 weeks old yesterday and are in the middle of a huge growth spurt. Ezzie is now the shortest, but the fattest. Rosie named her little Buff orp Wasabi. It is just a foregone conclusion she's having a Wasabi, the poor little thing. I was actually watching a old favorite tv show when I came up with my buffs name. She will be Ellie Mae. She is still working on her chipmunk chicks name but I've picked out Ruby for my girl. Right now she is leaning towards Sriracha but has not made a final decision. If she does go that route I'm nicknaming it Siri.
So have I on numerous occasionsI agree with RC. It looks like Aloe Vera. In which case it is practically a weed & almost impossible to kill. And there you have it. RC did the impossible!![]()
I think sharach has an article on this subjectYou know, he is young...as he matures he should learn to be 'gentler' on the hens. Most Roos are bigger than their own breed of hens, anyways.
As far as him attacking you...it is up to you to win him over (he sees you as competition for his hens!!) @Shadrach posted some wonderfully informative posts about this. Please give him another chance...he is such a good boy.......
Im thinking one of my mistakes was cutting off the leaf when it discoloured. My friend said that the brown part was cut out then it seemed too sprout from that part.I had no idea they bloomed.
You are being cruel. I can’t remember why I took it into the garage. I suspect to rescue it from the cats who chew all my houseplants and then throw up.Or liked to come in the house.......
